We will work together via a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. I am available to see anyone that resides in the state of Nebraska via online services.

Yes! My in-person sessions occur at my office off of 114th and Dodge. Once we setup an appointment I will provide more detailed information on how to get to my office.

My self-pay rate is $175 for an hour session. I also accept most major insurances including Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, BCBS Blueprint, Centivo, Midlands Choice, Multiplan, UMR, and UHC.

Our first appointment is considered an Intake appointment where I gather information about all areas of your life. This helps me better understand what you would most like to work on along with some of the experiences you have had up until our first meeting.

The amount of time spent in therapy varies and really depends on each individual and the goals they would like to achieve during therapy.
